No. Each client contact gets a private link by email. They open it on any phone, upload a photo or file for each item, and they’re done. No login, no app.

Straight into your firm’s Google Drive or Dropbox, in a folder per client per month, with every file renamed to a tidy pattern like 2026-08_Bank-statements_original.pdf. If your storage is briefly down, the file is held safely and retried for 24 hours, so nothing is lost.

Yes. There are no per-client fees. Solo is $29 a month and Team is $59 a month, whether you have 10 clients or 200. Extra staff seats on Team are the only add-on.

Yes. Each client has a private email address. Anything forwarded there is filed into their month. Emails from senders we don’t recognise are held for you to check first.

They tap “I don’t have this” and add a short reason, such as “Loan was paid off in June”. You can accept it, or reject it and reopen the item. You can also ask for a resend if a file is the wrong month or unreadable.

PDFs, photos from a phone camera, CSV and Excel (XLSX) files, up to 25 MB each. Executable files are blocked.

Files are held in a private, encrypted bucket and only served through short-lived signed links. Client links are long random tokens that can be revoked at any time. You are the data controller and we are your processor, under a data processing agreement. We don’t read or extract data from your documents.

Yes. Team includes 5 staff seats, and you can assign clients to specific people. Extra seats are $10 a month each. Solo is for one bookkeeper.

You choose Solo or Team to keep sending reminders. Everything already filed in your storage stays yours either way.
