Terms of service
Plain terms. You use doclasso to request documents from your clients, and we make sure those requests are delivered reliably.
Subscription and billing
doclasso is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Unlimited clients
Solo and Team include unlimited active clients and unlimited email reminders.
Your data and files
You own your client documents, contact lists and practice data. We claim no rights over files that pass through doclasso, and we use them only to provide the service.
Availability
We work to keep doclasso available and will give notice of planned maintenance. We can’t promise the service will never be interrupted.
Limits of the service
doclasso collects and files documents. We don’t check that a file is genuine, complete or tax-accurate. That stays your professional judgement.
